Parr FM partners with Punch Pubs on the refurbishment of the Stanley Arms in Lancashire

Parr Facilities Management has partnered with the multi-award-winning national pub company, Punch, to carry out an external refurbishment project of the Stanley Arms in Anderton, Lancashire. The Stanley Arms is welcoming, family friendly and located on the Trent and Mersey canal, close to the world-famous Anderton Boat Lift. Popular with local boaters and walkers, the pub also has Canal and River Trust moorings for boaters’ use whilst visiting.
The project consisted of a two-phase strip out of the pre-existing timber decking and subframe, tree felling, and rebuilding of the brickwork, outdoor steps and fencing. Phase two included the fitting of composite decking in place of the former timber decking.
Our team delivered the highest standard of service throughout the project, with Punch benefiting from Parr’s extensive experience of working within the hospitality industry, on internal and external refurbishment projects.
