Parr Facilities Management secures 3-year contract with Queen’s University Belfast

Parr Facilities Management has secured a new 3-year contract with Queen’s University Belfast to deliver maintenance services for their gas and dual fuel boilers and associated gas appliances throughout their 50 acre campus.   

Parr FM has worked with a wide range of educational institutions across the UK and Ireland supporting the vastly diverse maintenance requirements of their estates. This unique portfolios include a range of facilities, from heritage buildings to modern, state-of-the-art research centres, lecture halls, classrooms, libraries, catering facilities and student residences.  

Working alongside Queen’s University Belfast, the Parr FM team will deliver the highest standards of maintenance services, with the client benefitting from Parr’s tailored delivery model. Parr FM’s education-based clients like The University of Manchester, the Education Authority and now Queen’s University Belfast, are supported by a committed and proactive team who have developed an in-depth understanding of the unique requirements of these institutions. For example, Parr have completed over 12,000 fixed wire tests, across 500 sites, for schools throughout Northern Ireland, with all electrical works completed to UKAS 17020 standards. In addition, Parr carry out essential maintenance services in areas including fire safety, reactive and planned maintenance and civils works.
